Goodfish – Upcycled Salmon Skin Chips
Did you know that 2 billion pounds of tremendously valuable fish are being discarded every year? Goodfish, a pioneering and momentous initiative, has a well-defined plan to turn those 2 billion pounds of food waste into 2 billion pounds of healthy, tasty snacks.
Goodfish snacks use wild-caught Alaskan Sockeye salmon in Bristol Bay, one of the most sustainable fisheries in the world. Then they use the salmon skin, that would’ve otherwise been discarded, and turn it into crispy, tasty, zero carb chips containing whole bcaa protein, marine collagen, and amazing omega-3s. Currently, Goodfish chips are available in 6 different flavors: miso teriyaki, salt & vinegar, sriracha lemongrass, sea salt, chili lime, spicy BBQ, and tart cranberry.
