VEAT – A Network of plant-based vending machines in Sweden

Eating a nutritious diet is extremely helpful to prevent many diseases, such as diabetes and obesity. Unfortunately, access to proper and nutritious food is not always convenient, and that's the main reason why Andreas Karlsson created VEAT, a network of vending machines offering delicious and well-balanced meals prepared by prominent Swedish chefs.

This startup has the goal to make healthy and sustainable food affordable and accessible for everyone. Currently located in warehouses and offices, VEAT vending machines offer a selection of salads, wraps, meals, and snacks ranging from 3 to 10 USD. To reduce food waste, unsold products are donated to charitable organizations.
